See, change or make appointments:  Log into the client portal; use booking option top right corner


Contact Anna: Text, Spruce messaging, email, portal messaging or via phone -  whatever is most comfortable. If we are discussing health information I will move the conversation onto a confidential communication channel: Spruce, or the client portal for those not using spruce. Voice mail is also private however phone is the least expedient way to contact me.


Prepare for video visit:  Make sure you have a stable wifi or cell signal, your device has plenty of battery or is plugged in and you are in a private and quiet location.

Spruce users – sign into app or via web browser at www.sprucehealth.com   Check your device has given spruce permission to use camera and mic and they are turned on. I will call you on Spruce to start the visit, just like a phone call but with video. 

Doxy users – log in at https://doxy.me/annavail  Check your device has given doxy permission to use camera and mic and they are turned on. I will be able to see you are in the waiting room and will join you.


Pay bill: Log into the client portal, select invoices from list on the left side


Request Refillslog into client portal, review current medications -  look to see if you have remaining refills or new orders.  If there are no remaining refills or  new orders request refills via the patient portal.
